LIFE COMES FROM GOD
Life, in this world, is not just a gift, it is an assignment.
Life does not end because we lose interest, but when God decides.
Life is an act of faith.
MERCY KILLINGS?
This thought came to me as I mused on how many people consider taking their own lives (or the lives of other people who are suffering).
No one has the right to either take a human life (even their own) or to even think about taking a human life.
We are not dogs, which can be killed, laid down, put to sleep, put out of their misery, because their quality of life does not meet some human standard.
We are surrounded by "Values Clarification," "Situation Ethics," a so-called "Pro-Choice" society, "Fletcherism," but it is the same old story, Men wanting to be God.
When all of life seems to turn against the believer, he/she must trust their way to the Lord and follow fully.
The Lord gives and the Lord takes away, blessed be the name of the Lord.
