After the Mountain Top there is often a Valley. The Valley is not necessarily the problem, it is what happens in the Valley. Satan lies in wait, lurking in the Shadows, ready to Rob and Kill.
It is hard to defeat someone when they are at the top of their performance. That is why Satan has so many weapons in his arsenal.

13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Accelerates the Attack (to overwhelm faith) or
Alters the Angle of Attack (to confuse faith).
When Satan knows God is about to Deliver a Blessing, he
Chokes the Channel (demonic resistance).
