INSIGHT INTO REPENTANCE
True repentance does not wait for, or depend on, another person to reciprocate. Repentance is changing one's own mind about sin, rather than working a deal.
If a person says he repents, but then is angry because another party did not ask them for forgiveness in return, then the "repentant" one has not really repented.
