TWO Interesting Ideas.
I-
The secret of the Lord is with them that fear Him.
Psalms 25:14
(14) The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
II- God's Spirit is declaring His truth and wisdom in the public arena to everyone.

Proverbs 1:20-21
(20) Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets:
(21) She cries in the chief place of concourse, in the openings of the gates: in the city she uttereth her words, saying.
God declares His purposes to the whole world, yet He shares certain special truths only with those who are in a close relationship with Him. In either case, sometimes the people that God informs do not always avail themselves of His wisdom and truth.
This is not to say that anyone seeks God on his own.
Romans 3:11
(11) There is none
that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
It is to say that there are people who have been enabled to hear God and have been called into a relationship with Him, but they will not take advantage of their opportunities.
Ezekiel 12:2
(2) Son of man,
thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house, which have eyes to
see, and see not; they have ears to hear, and hear not: for they are
a rebellious house.
God calls and warns the sinner, yet the sinner refuses to hear and heed the call of God.
Matthew 13:15
(15) For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
Matthew 22:14
(14) For many are
called, but few are chosen.
God imparts wisdom and insight to the believer, yet there are believers who become dull of hearing and lose what sight they have had.

of hearing.
2 Peter 1:9-10
With these two truths, how sad that people do not take the time to listen to God. "Take time to be holy, speak oft with thy Lord."

(10) Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
