Fishing For Men At The Dock
As usual, I speak to people, with hopes of sharing Christ. A man and boy docked their boat while we were docking ours. After securing our boat I approached the teenager and asked him how their day had gone. I also found out that he lives in Socastee. Since our church meets at the Socastee Library for Sunday morning services, I asked him where he goes to church.

"I don't go to church," he said, without hesitation. He said he knows where the library is located, so I invited him to church.
He boldly, unashamedly said, "I am not a Christian."
This boy looked like a typical, native S. C. teenager. How terribly sad. It use to be that almost everyone went to Sunday School and Church in the USA. Even "Eddie Haskell" attended Sunday School. When people did not attend church they were shy in saying so.
NOT TODAY
People are BOLD, UNAPOLOGETIC and DEFIANT. It is harder to get people to listen to Biblical truth,
just as the Bible prophesied. People want their ears tickled with PC
religion.
2 Timothy 4:2-4
(2) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
(3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
(4) And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
